What to wear?

Fatbiking the Bessy single track next to the river through the beauty of the frost covered trees at -8 celsius was stunning. Brock and I met up with a friendly new fat bike enthusiast who was overheating on the trail. “Hey,” he said, ” what is the best thing to wear for fatbiking?”

Great question!  The general problem is how to keep your core from getting too warm while keeping your hands and feet from getting too cold.
