Wintershines Fatbike SnowFondo Jan 25, 2015

2nd Annual Wintershines Fatbike SnowFondo

When: Jan 25 12pm from Farmers Market

Distance:   18km, 25km, 35km, 55km – variations available for those wanting to include a few technical singletrack sections along the route.  This course is meant to take riders on tour of just a portion of the riding possibilities that exist right inside the City of Saskatoon.  We have included a couple destinations that most riders have not experienced before such as trails at trails at Holiday Park, Cedar Villa Estates, and the new Multipurpose trail at the Willows.

Note:  Depending on snow conditions we should be able to accommodate narrower tired friends who want to join in on this ride with the exception of the Willows GCC trails – these trails are FatBike (tires 3.4in  or greater) only for this segment.  Narrower tires may ride to the willows clubhouse via cartwright – stop of nice snack and warmup and then return along cartwright to rejoin the route.  If there is a pile of snow between now and event date then narrow wheeled participants may have to reconsider the viability of traversing the route – we will keep you updated via this thread and our Facebook events page.
